How to Create a New Client in Menthory CRM


This guide walks you through the process of adding a corporate client profile to your CRM dashboard, setting priority pipelines, and generating a primary individual contact.

Step 1: Open the Client Creation Form
  1. Select the CRM icon from the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click the orange New Client button located in the top right corner of the dashboard.


Step 2: Input General Company Information
  1. Verify that the Company tab is active at the top of the window.

  2. Company Name: Input the client's corporate identity (e.g., Menthory).

  3. Priority: Choose a designation from the dropdown list to categorize the relationship importance (such as Medium).

  4. Status: Select the ongoing stage of the lead pipeline (such as Lead).

  5. Company Page: Paste the client's public domain URL.


Step 3: Define Account Assignment and Contact Fields
  1. Assigned To & Associated Users: Select the primary internal account owner and add additional collaborating team members from the dropdown list to ensure shared visibility.

  2. Location Details: Select the corporate registration Country and input the full Address line.

  3. Contact Data: Provide the primary Company Email address and the general Company Phone Number along with its correct international country code.


Step 4: Create a Primary Individual Contact
  1. Toggle the checkbox marked Create Primary Contact at the bottom of the section to reveal individual personnel fields.

  2. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and direct Email address for the client's key point-person.

  3. Add their specific Phone Number, corporate Position title (e.g., CEO), Preferred Contact Method, and professional LinkedIn Profile link.

  4. Once all data is complete, click the orange Add button at the bottom right.


Step 5: Review the Saved Client Profile
  1. A green Success confirmation message will acknowledge that the profile has saved successfully.

  2. The platform will automatically redirect you to the new profile sheet, displaying structured client details, associated staff logs, and automated next-step recommendations.

  3. Returning to the main CRM page will show your new client indexed on your pipeline tracker.
