At Menthory, we’re committed to delivering high-quality Company Management software tailored for modern teams and enterprises. This Refund Policy explains how we handle subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes.

Free Plan and Trials

We offer a Free Plan for up to 20 users so you can explore Menthory at your own pace with no financial commitment. No credit card is required during this period, and you may cancel anytime before upgrading.

Note: Add-on charges are in addition to your base subscription.

Refunds and Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Non-refundable once billed.

  • You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

  • Access continues until the current billing cycle ends.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Refunds are available within the first 14 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are pro-rated based on usage.

  • No refunds are issued after 14 days.

Add-Ons

  • You can disable any add-on to prevent charges in the next cycle.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@menthory.io with the following:

  • Company Name & Account Email

  • Plan Type & Date of Purchase

  • Detailed Reason for Refund

  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting our support first may result in account suspension. Please allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues directly.

Policy Modifications

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of Menthory means acceptance of the latest terms.
