How to Set Up Company Info in Menthory


Setting up your Company Info is a vital step in configuring your workspace. This section provides Menthory's AI engine with the contextual foundation it needs to effectively assist your team, ensuring that all content generated across the platform aligns with your brand's unique identity.

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure your company profile.


Step 1: Navigate to Company Info

  1. From your dashboard, click on the Settings icon in the sidebar menu.

  2. Under the General Settings section, select Company Info



Step 2: Fill in Basic DetailsOnce inside the Company Info module, begin entering your core organization information:

  • Company Name: Input your formal or brand name (e.g., Develop Digital Marketing Agency).

  • Main Language: Choose the primary language for your business operations from the dropdown menu (e.g., English).

  • Operation Countries: Select the countries in which your business operates. You can search and check multiple boxes from the dropdown.



Step 3: Utilize Smart Prefill via Company Landing Page

Menthory features a powerful AI tool that can extract and prefill information directly from your existing website.

  1. Locate the Company Landing Page field.

  2. Paste your website's URL into the input field.

  3. Click the Magic Wand icon (Smart Prefill from Landing Page) on the right side of the input box.

  1. Wait a few moments for the AI to finish analyzing your site. A green "Success" notification will appear in the top-right corner confirming that your business fields have been automatically generated.


Step 4: Review AI-Generated Profile Content

Scroll down to verify the fields automatically populated by the AI. These include:

  • Mission: Your organization's purpose and strategy.

  • Vision: The long-term objectives and future focus of your brand.

  • Values: The core principles guiding your company culture and operations.

  • Description: A detailed overview of your business model, expertise, and target audience.

Alternative Option (Manual Entry): If you prefer not to use the automated website scraper, or if you don't have a website yet, you can skip Step 3 entirely and type your information directly into these text fields by hand.


Step 5: Save Your Profile Settings

  1. Review all the text sections carefully to make sure they match your brand's voice and accuracy.

  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.

  3. Click the orange Save button.


A confirmation message reading "Company info settings successfully updated" will verify that your profile is complete.
