Work Schedule & Probation
Summary
This guide explains how to configure work schedules and probation periods in Menthory from the account settings. Administrators can define company-wide working days and hours, and manually set probation periods using months or years to ensure consistent employment rules across the organization.

Viewing two sections:
Work Schedule
Probation
How to Use
Work Schedule
In the Work Schedule section, choose the company working days:
Monday–Friday
Everyday
Custom
Select the working hours:
Choose From and To times using the time picker
Save your changes to apply the schedule company-wide

Probation
In the Probation section, manually enter the probation period
Select the probation duration unit:
Months
Years
Save the probation settings to apply them to new employees
System Behavior & Rules
Menthory applies the following rules to work schedule and probation settings:
Work Schedule
Settings apply at the company level
Working days can be fixed or customized
Working hours must be defined using the time picker
Changes affect all employees unless overridden by role or profile rules
Probation
Probation period must be entered manually
Duration is calculated based on the selected unit (months or years)
Probation settings apply to new employees by default
Only authorized roles can edit probation settings
Permissions & Consistency
Access is restricted to Admin roles
Saved changes are applied immediately
